Welcome to Well-Ordered Family! You’ve taken an important step toward reclaiming order and clarity in your home. Below are instructions on how to access your Well-Ordered Family content, including instructions for coaching, the course, and the toolkits.

How to Schedule Your Coaching Sessions

Sign in at Well-Ordered Family Coaching.
Here, you can schedule your biweekly sessions with Head Coach Tim Hill.
You can also email advisor@wellorderedfamily.com to contact Tim about scheduling or rescheduling.

Preparing for Your Coaching Sessions

Details

Under the Details section, you can add agenda items you would like to discuss in the session.
Tim may add agenda items as well.

Notes

The Notes section allows you to type in notes shared with Tim.
You may also keep private notes.
Use this section before your meeting to prepare specific questions for Tim or after your session to track your progress.

Resources

Under the Resources tab, you can share additional files or links for Tim’s review.
Example: A tool you’ve filled out that you’d like to discuss with Tim. Granting Tim access prior to your session will allow him to review what you’ve written so that you can maximize your time together!

Tim’s Contributions

Tim may also upload items to your Agenda, Shared Notes, and Resources sections to help prepare you for your meeting or provide a recap.

The 55+ videos in our course will thoroughly explain all you need to know to make real
progress in both the short- and long-term for your family.

Getting Started with the Course

Log in to Your Member Library.
If you’ve already chosen a focus area, jump straight to that section and start watching
the videos.
If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with Vision.

How to Access the Toolkits

Each toolkit corresponds to a part of the Family Management System: Vision, Unity, Systems,
Metrics, Relationships, and Discernment.

Getting Started with the Toolkits

Log in to Your Member Library.
Work through the toolkits alongside the course or use them separately.
Each toolkit includes:
- Pertinent tools
- Course videos
- Bonus Toolkit Tutorial videos
- Extra tips on Well-Ordered Family roles
