The Well-Ordered Family, founded by Conor Gallagher (father of 16 and CEO of TAN Books),
offers a Family Management System based on a six-step process to help families reclaim order
and clarity in their lives. This system integrates business tools into family dynamics and provides
on-demand courses, member webinars, tools, and coaching. The company emphasizes the

The Account Executive will be the founding member of the Well-Ordered Family sales team. You
will be a key part of Well-Ordered Family’s initial GTM launch and will pioneer the initial church
and parish sales process. Reporting to the VP of New Business Development, this role will be
directly responsible for all B2B revenue for Well-Ordered Family’s launch and continued growth.
You will drive sales, build great customer relationships, and be the first representative of the
brand to the market.
