Your Program Advisor, an expert in The Family Management System™, will help you integrate various aspects of the program into your family life. After you fill out a brief questionnaire to help your advisor prepare for your meeting, you will meet with them once each quarter for 30-minute phone calls. They will help you get started and stay on track with your specific goals within the program. In addition to these four 30-minute phone calls, your advisor will check in with you via email periodically. They are also available via email for any questions you have about The Family Management System™. They will help you prioritize which parts of the system to implement first and offer practical advice on how to do so effectively.

For Silver and Gold members, Group Coaching is offered six times per year and includes your Certified Family Management System™ Coach, a moderator, and several other families. Each Session, your Certified Coach will guide you through one major part of the Family Management System™ and the moderator will facilitate Q&A throughout the session.

For Gold Members, in addition to the Group Coaching sessions, four quarterly 1-on-1 Coaching sessions with Conor Gallagher are included. After you and your spouse fill out a brief questionnaire to help Conor prepare for your meeting, he will guide you step-by-step through the implementation of The Family Management System™ with special attention paid to your family's particular needs.
